1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Ekklēsia ("the App"), operated by Grégory Alary ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. User-Generated Content

Ekklēsia allows users to post reflections and comments in response to the daily Bible verse. By submitting content, you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share the content.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display your content within the App.
• Accept full responsibility for anything you post.

2.1 Prohibited Content

You must not post content that is:

• Objectionable — hateful, racist, discriminatory, or demeaning toward any person or group.
• Violent or threatening — including threats of harm, harassment, or intimidation of any user.
• Sexually explicit — nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material.
• Abusive — personal attacks, bullying, or repeated unwanted contact with other users.
• Misleading — false information, impersonation, or spam.
• Illegal — content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination.

3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to review, remove, or restrict any content at any time and for any reason, including content that violates these Terms. Users may report content they believe is inappropriate using the in-app reporting feature. We aim to respond to reports promptly.
